Overview
From a hand sketch to a full construction set
We start from whatever you have: a sketch, a client brief, a site survey or an old CAD file. We develop the layout, build the Revit model and issue sheets in your title block, with code analysis, egress plans and schedules included. Because the same team draws structure and MEP, wall thicknesses, ceiling heights and shaft sizes are already resolved when the set reaches you.

Schematic design
Space planning, massing and two or three layout options tested against zoning setbacks, height limits and budget.

Design development
Refined plans, elevations and material selections, with structural grids and MEP shafts locked in early.

Permit drawings
Code analysis, life safety and egress plans, accessibility details and energy compliance sheets for plan review.

Construction documents
Wall sections, enlarged plans, interior elevations, details, and door, window and finish schedules.

BIM modeling
Revit models from LOD 300 to 400 for coordination, quantity extraction and construction sequencing.

Renderings and as-builts
Photorealistic 3D views for approvals and marketing, plus as-built drawings from site measurements or point clouds.
