Systems that fit the ceiling space and the budget
Most MEP problems show up on site as a duct that will not fit above a beam or a panel undersized for the real load. We prevent both by sizing from proper load calculations, routing every system in a shared 3D model, and running clash detection against structure and architecture before drawings are issued.
